Respected Sir/Madam,
At Present, I am working in Al-jouf International School as the Head Teacher of Girls Section - a Witness and Pro-active member of a school that grew from 100 to 2500 students and an infrastructure that bloomed from mere a home to an acre of land with four blocks.
I have also been a lecturer of Economics in Mahalaxmi women’s college- Arcot .
I am currently completing a Ph.D. at Mother Teresa University in Islamic banking.
My dissertation is entitled " Demystification of performance & efficiency of Islamic banking”.
I also have considerable industrial experience: Between 2001 and 2002, I worked as a Member of Technical Staff at BHEL ( Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited) where I completed my institutional training successfully.
A brilliant hand in project management regarding computer applications, web animations, photoshop, etc
Ran many training sessions at organizational locations and on campus for students and sponsors working on sales and research projects designed. Taught Computer programs at school and college level, Prepared and scored student exams, tutored and advised students.
I have had excellent opportunities to teach a variety of subjects. I have also worked as a teaching mentor for new graduate students. Among the most satisfying experiences for me as a teacher has been instructing students on an individual basis as a tutor in our university Lab.

My research is devoted to the Demystification of Islamic banking, finance & investing. My overall research goal is to design and to prove its capability and stability in an environment dominated by interest based conventional banking system. People are pessimist about Islamic banking in India. Islamic banks in India do not function under banking regulations. They are licensed under Non Banking Finance Companies Reserve Bank Directives 1997 RBI (Amendment) Act 1997, and operate on profit and loss based on Islamic principles. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT - Selected Activities - Various Years • The Leprosy Mission-Trust India-1999 • An Executive member in Allama Khader Badsha Sahibs Charitable Trust. Responsible for collecting donations to alleviate the suffering of leprosy victims. • ILEF- Indian leprosy foundation-2000 Received appreciation from Indian cricketers for the concern in eradication of leprosy. • Member of Islamic organization-south wing (Jamaat-e-Islamia)-2003 Ran many sessions of Islamic studies at Tirupattur - 2005.
