Reported directly to Chief Project Officer as a project architect from the technical team. Work involved reviewing and coordinating with design and engineering consultants for Qatar government primarily aiming at developments related to Fifa World cup 2022. Work also includes understanding requirements and constructing a technical tender document, developing feasibility, yield study and assisting in managing the overall portfolio of the sports project design division.

‘THE ATMOSPHERE’ An ultra luxurious residential condominium project covered by the NAT GEO ‘Superstructures’ and a winner of the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012 is an iconic benchmark in the changing skyline of the city. Work involved Design Coordination with International and Local consultants, site MEP and construction team, managing deliverables schedule and preparing extensive construction drawings. It also involved coordinating services for individual apartments as well as external development, understanding service clashes and resolving them with site MEP team and other consultants and preparing presentations for client approval

Work involved design development from conceptual stage to detailed drawing stage.
Developed design presentation drawings and documents while reiterating the design ideation process.
Prepared permit drawings for submitting to the local authority for sanction purpose.
Prepared, Organized and issued working drawings.
Coordinated architectural design with other disciplines to ensure incorporation of all design requirements as well as avoiding any conflicts between disciplines.
Provided Engineering design solution for architectural design related issues.

Work involved preparing of proposals for any design problem using computer tools like Sketch up and 3dsmax.
Design Proposals for small residences, housing complexes, institutional projects and public buildings also had to be developed.
Comprehensive architectural presentation drawing, working drawing, rendering perspective views for large commercial and institutional projects using AutoCAD (3-dimensional) and 3dstudiomax and Photoshop was a part of the scope.
Real-time coordination with consultants and site interaction was a part of the scope of work.
‘THE COURTYARD HOUSE’ Work involved managing execution (both architecture and interior) of 5400 sqft Bungalow in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. This design has been published in Arch daily, 50 Amazing Homes in India curated by Architect Charles Christopher Benninger.
Completed and managed the execution of a 3000 sqft office interior at Richmond Road Bangalore.
Worked on the winning Entry and later preparation of Permit Drawings and construction drawings for NAZRUL ACADEMY AND RESEARCH CENTRE | KOLKATA | INDIA.
