responsible for developing programs and test cases for Rexroth PLC function blocks, Drives and I/O Modules .Also responsible for developing and testing the software of Rexroth MLC, PLC, HMI and the customer support. Currently the project is working on Industry4.0 and Internet of Things which is the future of Automation.
Participate in project kickoff meeting & understand the project
•Understand customer project requirement documents
•Prepare controls scheme conceptualization for the system
•Prepare control & hardware architectures for the system
•Calculate controls budget for the project
•Prepare DAP (Design Approval Process) documents
•Understand system concept in share to design Team
•Make design calculation & select critical bought out items
•Prepare bill of materials & release coordinate with purchase department
•Prepare electrical wiring diagrams
•Take design review with team members
•Developing logic flow charts/ interlock diagrams as per requirement of process operation
•Developing logical PLC program and software’s for special purpose machines
•Executing and testing logical programs/ladder logic
•Upload all designed data of the System to build & operation department
•Give technical support to build & operation persons while building & testing the system
•Prepare data for the system operating, maintenance & software manual
•Prepare commissioning planning and support installation & commissioning to customer place
