I have worked as a Customer service Executive for 7 months and after a brief period as a CSR I was promoted to a quality analyst for almost 3 months and then I had a great opportunity to enter the word of Training and became a process/Soft Skill trainer in the 11th month of my tenure. after working with the training team for 5 months, I moved to another company where at present I work under different roles as a trainer.
