Account Management (IT Relationship Management-Demand Management) Manage IT relationship with business units(Consumer Banking Group including Private Banking, Customer Segments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Islamic Banking) Capture new demand and ensure structured, high quality of demand’s scope and spec in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of implementation. Implement Front to back office system for handling Equity IPO. Involved in end to end transformation as part of Private Banking Launch. Finacle WMS/Core Banking Transformation for RAK Bank, Dubai, Mar 2009 - Sept 2013 Coordinated & completed the wealth management and core banking transformation from legacy (IMS/Equation) to Finacle (WMS & Core) including integration/replacement of 40+ subsystems. Involved in implementation of Wealth Management modules - Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Insurance and Bonds and retail modules like CASA, Deposits, Operations, Teller, Clearing and Overdrafts track including management of customization requirements from clients. WMS SME/Track Manager--- Handled the End to end implementation lifecycle for WMS track (1000 MD efforts & 6 member team) single handed, starting from User training, Requirements gathering, solution scoping, customization, System Integration Testing (SIT)/User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support and Migration. Reports Track Manager--- Coordinated and took over the reports track (scope of 300 reports and 9 member team) during critical time, to ensure a smooth implementation, testing and sign off with the bank. WMS Migration Anchor --- Prepare data mapping for data migration activity and assist the migration team in finalization of migration strategy for all WMS asset classes. Managing and coordinating Service Change Requests and new requirements raised post go live as part of Integrated Change Control Process.
