Designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of accounts
Handling the consolidation of branch accounts, reconciliation of all concerned accounts, preparation of annual accounts, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, etc.
Monitoring reconciliation of accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger control account; maintaining of all advance deposits received and balancing them to the general ledger at month end
Looking after the preparation of statutory books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Party Reconciliation and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms
Monitoring order processing, credit clearance as per company’s credit policy; scrutinizing the vouchers before payment as per the company’s procedure and processes
Preparing and maintaining necessary stock records to track the inward / outward movement of goods, also conducting stock verification / reconciliation at regular intervals
Generating MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. monthly profitability & turnover as per the requirement of management
