Asset Register build P&ID as Build Identify the new assets that are not in Maximo.
Coordinate/ liaise with team of qualified & experience multinational Contractor engineers to achieve the above.
Review P&IDs and other engineering drawings provide tagging as per company policy if and as needed. Re-verify the drawings post updating by FEC department.
If requested, assist in Annual criticality review, preparation of documentation and attend the review sessions. Update and maintain records of results, modify Maximo data as required.
Work is mainly office based but will require regular site visits to study sites & equipment systems.
Regular meetings with Operations and other Engineering personnel to review/discuss/finalize decisions relating to the CMMS build or as build exercise.
Interacts with all sections & departments across the company. Also deals with contractors for whom his section is the Proponent

Read and Understand of Engineering drawings such as P & ID, Legend, SLD, Layouts, Etc.
Preparation of AR, MEL, SAP Master data Templates (FL, Eqpt, Characteristics, Measuring Points) & hierarchy build by using company standard breakdown structure
Plan and optimize execution of activities together with inter-field coordination.
Priorities tasks and resources and handle communication with stakeholders.
Prepare the Integrated Activity plans for projects and lead Asset planning meetings.
Develop and maintain the Integrated Activity Planning process for the Asset.
Assist in Annual criticality review, preparation of documentation and attend the review sessions. Update and maintain records of results, modify Maximo data as required.
Verify and ensure that safety is top priority and that all activities are cost-effective as well as maintain focus on operations excellence and innovation.

Reviewing of process & instrument diagrams, process flow diagrams, Single line diagrams, plant operations manual, operations & maintenance procedures and interpreting technical & process related information
Identifying physical assets (main systems, sub-systems, items of equipment and components) based on the PFD’s, P&ID’s, SLD’S
Collaborating with ADCO Technical Centre (TCIO) and Senior Engineer (Maintenance Optimization) for Maximo Plant Maintenance Roll-out Implementation needs, ensuring the Maximo PM process is aligned with the ADCO business and ISO standards
Analyzing engineering drawings, raising technical queries prior to creating functional hierarchies and attributes
Following up with users, business champions, internal clients and others as needed on CMMS initiatives
Creating functional equipment, boundary marked-it up’s on process and SLD drawings to define an equipment boundary limit based on International Standards ISO 14224
Assessing gap in between Maximo current master data and future state scenarios, implementation planning including development of CMMS implementation
Evaluating existing maintenance program in line with maintenance and reliability integration
Preparing criticality assessment report by assigns HSE & business criticality rating to each maintainable asset
Collecting information, trends and historical data to identify performance gaps, driving actions focusing on overall efficiency, uptime and cost impact on maintaining business critical assets
Provide support to on-site team to prepare a KPI report in terms of identifying operational availability through measure of equipment performance, cost performance, process performance
Provide support to client for prepare Maximo Report specifications gives details about Maintenance cost (Such as cost of Manpower, Spares, tools, contracts and sum of all costs)
Implementing & optimizing CMMS, providing on-the-job training for users, database administration and reporting system enhancement
Preparing Monthly Work progress to report client that summary of activities completed, Pending Technical Queries to be followed up and Key Activities Planned on next month

Preparing Master data as per SHELL PDO standard procedure (PR-1344 & PR-1032) using PFS, PSFS, PEFS P&ID, SLD.
Identification of Safety Critical Elements (SCE’s) in conjunction with Maintenance Discipline Engineer and EP2007-9009 Shell RRM Guidelines.
Coordination with operative personnel in Production & Maintenance as well as with other fields’ functions in order to determine the availability of resources and facilities.
Implementing the Reliability Centered Maintenance policy within the organization according to the equipment criticality throughout the plant, to resources and spare parts availability and based on the information gathered in the CMMS database.

Collection of various documents like PID, PFD, Layout, Parts List, Manufacturer Record Book, Cross Section drawing, Vendor packages, SPIR, O&M and Material Test certificates from various legacy systems

Defining and coding the spare parts required by the maintenance jobs for the equipment subject to maintenance.
Carrying out the preparation/review of spare parts list and special tools schedule; definition of new items in the inventory (code, description, location, criticality, stock level, value, technical attributes, delivery time etc.), according to the OEM and suppliers specifications.
Defining the optimal spare part quantity to be kept in the store and implement it into CMMS
Providing options and recommendations for the capital spare parts and operational ones.

Dealing 0.5 KVA to 15 KVA level UPS and Inverter
Inspection for every month for checking the voltage spikes and surges, overheating and functional testing of ac uninterruptable power supply systems, static switches, by transferring the load to bypass and back.
Visual inspection for signs of overheating, corrosion, cleanliness. Checks for tightness of connections, integrity of earth bonding. Replacement of electrolytic capacitors, if required. Inspection, cleaning and functional check of all electro-mechanical devices.
Checking of battery charge float voltage, operating ambient temperature, lead acid cells in fully discharged state.
Oscilloscope to check output waveform, measure and adjust where necessary output voltage/current levels on battery charging rectifiers. Functionally test uninterruptable power supply systems. Checking of protective devices (e.g. fuses, relays) and measuring and recording instruments.
