A) Part of the Design Team for the production of shop drawings of different interior finishes make recommendations and validations as the design progressed.

B) Coordinates with the different trades involved at the construction to solve situations and anticipate future conflicts that may arise concerning the Architectural finishing works.

C) Coordinates with the Design Manager and Sales Executives in generating different design schemes for Architectural Interior spaces and prepare Illustrations for the Design Scheme presentations for clients and prospective clients using Autodesk Revit and Adobe Photoshop.

D) Quantifies Material Estimates.

A) Part of the Design Team for the study of the Master Development,
Plan Schemes and Floor Plans and make recommendations and
validations as the design progressed.


B) Assist site inspection for project validations and make
recommendations regarding the problems encountered for proper
implementation of the trades involved during construction phase.

C) Make study and concept sketches for the building character.

D) Prepare Illustrations for the Design Scheme presentations using
Autodesk Revit and Adobe Photoshop.

E) Part of the Design Team for the study of the different building
Schemes with regards to Architectural Character for each
subdivision.

Responsible for the preparation of preliminary schematic designs
including construction drawing details.

A) Supervised the assessment of existing utilities in the project site.

B) Assist site supervision for project validations and make
recommendations regarding the problems encountered for proper
implementation of the trades involved during construction phase.

C) Responsible for the preparation of cost estimate, quantity estimates,
construction schedule, progress reports and billing.

D) Preparation of shop drawings including as-built plans using AutoCAD
software.
