Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement company’s health awareness program, hypertension & diabetes monitoring.
- Provide health teaching and health promotion to staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of First aid unit, staff pantry and comfort room inside the park.
- Provide first aid treatment to staff and customers.
- Continue to improve professional knowledge thru seminars and online learnings.

Nursing Responsibilities
• Assessing patients’ needs and condition to provide the best possible care and advice.

• Perform routine procedures (e.g. blood pressure, pulse, temperature, ECG, urine specific gravity, Audiometry, Spirometry, Eye test and administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts/files
• Assist the Physicians during consultations, procedures, and operations.
• Provide treatments according to the Physician's orders.
• Responds to emergency situations inside the facility and provide emergency care and recommendations; Provide first aid to all employees including contractors.
• Follow medication administration and storage procedures and regulations.
• Adhere to infection-control protocols.
• Ensure that patients’ confidentiality is always maintain.
• Maintain complete and accurate patients’ records.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for employees and their families

o Promotion of health, illness and injury prevention, and the protection of individuals from occupational and environmental hazards.
o Performs lectures to staff through health education and information dissemination.
o Responds to all kinds of emergencies within the site’s premises (i.e. industrial accidents, environmental, cardiac, allergic reaction/hypersensitivity, and respiratory emergencies) through the provision of first aid treatment following proper protocol. This includes airway management, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), drug administration with medical direction, identification of treatment of shock, control of hemorrhage, spinal stabilization and follows up care en route to the receiving facility or while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.

Perform frequent patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs, performing procedures such as IV placement, phlebotomy, and administering medications.
Also include developing the day-to-day nursing care plans both in the hospital and for care after discharge, to be administered by families and visiting nurses.
o Assess the client’s need for nursing care based on client history and result of physical diagnostic and laboratory exams
o Plans and prioritizes nursing care activities considering all health needs and coping abilities of the client including that of his family and significant others.
o Actively participates in development and implementation of individual treatment plans for patients with broad range of health issues. Ensured that doctors order were effectively carried out, including testing, medical procedures, consultations and assisted in implementing treatment for in and out patient.
