Job Description
The position is mainly responsible for providing administrative support in the preparation of prequalification documents, project proposals, marketing and promotions of the consultancy services of the company. Provide administrative support to the Business Development Group.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
 Assists in the preparation of prequalification documents, technical proposals and project reports.  Responsible in filing and distribution of incoming/outgoing documents like business opportunities, letters, memos, reports and fax transmittals for the BD Group.  Performs miscellaneous duties and tasks deemed relevant by the immediate superior(s) from time to time.  Perform general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and arrange daily driver schedule  Provide administrative service to supervisor to streamline and organize work.  Perform data entry job by collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records for easy and on time retrieval:  Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.  Scan documents and print files, when needed.  Keep information confidential.
