Dealing with all types of transactions such as wire transfer both retail and corporate, accept payments by Cash, cheque and vouchers and ensure that the details of all the cheques received are correct and transactions are placed on hold, answered customer's queries /questions and provide information on procedures and policies, do cross selling and inform new products and services for new customers as well as existing customers. Responsible for carrying out/ in for Forex transactions on a day-to-day basis in accordance with central bank and anti-money laundering guidelines, recommends competitive foreign exchange rates to clients based on market performance, salary disbursement for WPS(Wage Protection System) for company employees. Extending customer service as well as attending customer complaints and queries, marketing the company's products and services on a daily basis.
Giving high standard of service to all customers, anticipating customer needs and treat them as a very important person, knowing the features and benefits of all products in the store giving a full assistant to the customer in the counter area, applying the store standard operating procedure at all times, handling complaints and queries in the counter and answer phone calls. Informing for new launch product and providing excellent customer service through applying the consistent courtesy standard, responsible for payment refunds and exchange, taking care of all credit card receipt cheques and gift vouchers and scored 100 % for mystery shopper from last quarter of 2011.
