Provides technical expertise and main support to the Mall
Retail & Design Manager on coordination of all architectural
works ensuring the proper and timely execution, monitoring,
control and close out/acceptance of the works all in
accordance with the Mall Contruction & Fit-out
Specifications.
o Monitoring and supervision of fit-out works, renovation works for the Mall.
o Evaluates and Review of the Drawings submitted by the Tenant before they
proceed with the fit-out works for their Shops. Also to ensure that the said
drawing conforms to the Mall requirements as specified in the specifications.
Prepares Weekly and Monthly Reports for the project.
o Inspection works to ensure proper execution & conformance of Fit-out works in
the Approved drawings and specifications.
o Give comments and recommendation on the shop drawings submitted by the
Tenant.
o Prepares all the needed technical and detailed drawings for the Mall.
o Coordinates with the Mall Consultants for the proper execution of their Design for
the Mall.
o Prepares detailed architectural and structural drawings for approval
o Prepares detailed plumbing/sanitary and electrical drawings
o Prepares bill of quantities and bill of materials for the project
o Monitoring and supervision of works for the project
o Manpower Distribution for the Project
o Prepares and Evaluates weekly billing for Subcons
o Prepares Weekly and Monthly Reports for the project.
o Manage and Controls Filing system in the project.
o Monitoring of installed & balanced plumbing works in the project.
o Prepares submittals & transmittal of plumbing works shop drawings for approval
o Prepares shop drawings and as-built of plumbing works as required with
operations.
o Prepares Work Installation Request.
o Testing and Commissioning of installed plumbing / sanitary works
o Manage & Controls Filling system in the Project
o Prepares submittals & transmittal of shop drawings architectural and structural
works for approval
o Prepares shop drawings and as-built of architectural, structural and MEPF works
as required with operations
o Estimate for architectural finishes.
o Monitoring of daily accomplishments
o Prepares accomplishment reports for architectural works of the project.
o Manage and Controls Filing system in the project.

monitoring, control and close out/acceptance of the project
all in accordance with the Construction Project Management
Plan (CPMP).
o Prepares bill of quantities and bill of materials for the project
o Monitoring and supervision of works for the project
o Evaluates Progress billing of all Trade Contractors under Architectural Works.
o Prepares Weekly and Monthly Reports for the project.
o Prepares and Evaluate Change orders of Trade Contractors.
o Inspection works to ensure proper execution & conformance of works in the
Approved drawings and specifications.
