• Receive products from suppliers and verify quantities against purchase
orders.
• Inspect items for damage, expiry dates, and quality before storing.
◦ Perform putaway and arrange inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders accurately according to the system.
• Pack orders following Noon quality and packaging standards
• Dispatch orders within the required SLA to ensure fast delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and stock
audits.
• Process returned items and update inventory in the Warehouse Management
System (WMS).
• Operate handheld scanners (PDA) to receive, pick, pack, and transfer
inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures.
◦ Follow company policies, health & safety guidelines, and standard operating
procedures (SOPs).
