1. Directly supervise all team leaders and workers of every section in production areas; Sheeting and Trimming, Printing, Single Facer, Lamination, Die cutting and Finishing Section.
2. Daily reporting to production head and / or plant manager regarding the production related issues.
3. Conduct check and balance on planning schedule based on manpower, machine, materials and method to accomplish the planned quantity within a set limit of cost and time.
4. Conduct quality check on the items being processed to ensure the production output are conforms to the standard and ensure the required quantity of the items needed for delivery are being produced on time.
5. Conduct interview to all applicants to be hire for the position of production helpers or machine operators and performed quarterly employees/ workers performance evaluation.
6. Prepare and review all production standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and all pertinent production documents in order to assure that every activities are base on the given standard .
1. Perform the inspection of incoming direct raw materials during material receiving process.
2. Conduct box analysis using testing apparatus such as BCT, ECT, FCT, RCT, Bursting/ Mullen Tester, Concora and Tensile Strength Machine.
3. Serve as multi-tasking line inspector due to the ability to perform all the task of being an inspector in different stages of the process (sheeting and trimming/ printing/ single face/ laminating/ die cutting/ finishing).
4. Establish the standard quality of inspection in incoming, line inspection and outgoing in order to sustain the product specification and meet the customer requirement.
5. Prepare and evaluate all the necessary documents regarding the quality issues for both supplier and customer concern.
