- To define work quality standard as per project owner requirement and industrial standard JIS, SNI and IEC.. Total number of work is > 100 task type both in electrical and mechanical.
- To inspect M/E equipment production in manufacturer as per project standard. Equipment list is:
* several HV/MV electric switchgear, LV switchgear and MDB (SNI and IEC standard).
* 2 transformers 2500 KVA, 7 transformers 2000 KVA. (SNI and IEC standard)
- To control and monitor project implementation as per project standard.
- To advise project team regarding electrical safety issues.
- To check shop drawing as per quality requirement.
- To assist in CCD (Change Criteria Design) amendment quotation.
Job responsibilities:
• To ensure E&M coordination shop drawing production from subcontractors
as per project design intent and schedule, Involved subcontractors involved
are:
o Shinryo (mechanical and ventilation - www.shinryointernational.
com),
o Kinden Indonesia (electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and voice
speaker system - www.kinden.co.jp),
o Sahabat Indonesia (hoist crane and elevator system),
o Esdemo (generator sysyem),
o Citra Airindo Abadi (Hitachi air compressors, air dryers and air
tanks - www.citraairindoabadi.com)
o E.B.S Patrone(M)Sdn Bhd (waste water treatment - www.sanshinmfg.
co.jp)
o Kawaguchi Spring (coating and molding tools - Japan)
o Dah Yong (clean room ventilation - Taiwan)
• Provide solution for certain site issues. I.e.
o Material delivery and unloading procedures (i.e. chillers-14 tons,
generators-22 tons, hoist crane girders, 30 units of OAU and AHU,
transformers, panels, etc,
o customized implementaion method as per site condition.
Maintain E&M shop drawing production with some sub contractors under supervision by related engineering team for Dubai Metro project which covering 48 LRT stations (underground and overground). Scope of work includes electrical, ventilation, fire and gas suppression, fire alarm, voice evacuation system and telecommunication for wall elevation, ceiling plan and flooring details.
Participate in Sampoerna Telecom roll out project in Mid Java district. To supervise contractor work on behalf of Sampoerna Telecom. Network type is NMT 450 MHz.
Responsibility is monitoring BTS alarm status during testing and commissioning in operation and maintenance centre in Jakarta.
in Telkomsel initial 3G (WCDMA 2100 MHz) project "Island 2". Original project scope approximately 200 nodes B in Medan City, 150 nodes B in Surabaya City, and 50 nodes B in Batam island.
Responsibility was to coordinate fast fact finding survey in the related cities due to rapid mass network roll-out. Also maintaining survey report and installation document for project implementation.
Seconded to PT Ericsson Indonesia for PT Indosat, 'Single Network Indosat (SNI)' project as Implementation Engineering Assistant Coordinator. The goal is to merge two live GSM network in 900 MHz and 1800 MHz into a single network. Main task is synchronizing all engineering task from civil (CME), network planning (RNP), transmission design (TND), and network roll out. During the project closing, assignment changed to be an Ericsson representative in Indosat office.

Participating in projects both in wireline optical fiber projects and wireless telecommunication. Additional responsibility is to act as OSP planner and divisional web administrator.
Maintain CAD/CAE systems for as built documentation in Total Indonesie off-shore plants. Type of documentation including P&ID, Piping, Topographical and Civil.
