Built constructions firm for modern technology implementation from the ground up. Responsible for all business aspects: P&L, budget planning, project management, cooperation with suppliers, designing and subcontractors.
• Project of “autonomous energy island” for 7 000 sqr. m. building in the centre of Bytom city. Project contains co-generation from micro-turbine, photovoltaic panels, heat pump, cooling and ventilation systems. There is SMART GRIDS concept for production and steering electrical energy in buildings with renewable energy sources without outdoor supply.
• Telecommunication GSM-R project for Polish Railway PLK PKP as a subcontractor of Bombardier, Thales and Nokia consortium in area of constructing radio base stations by „turn key” method. Preparing HVAC and CCTV systems with automatics for telecommunications environment in this project. Successfully finished GSM-R 64- sites network for the first railway road number E65 between Warsaw and Gdansk.
