Manage, supervise and participate in storeroom operations.
•Regular contact with procurement and retail personnel on issues related to movement of stocks.
•Frequent contact with on trade personnel and shops managers for verifying stock updates and prices are concerned.
•Processing order. Approve requisition in emergency basis.
•Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods. Review deliveries if additional manpower required.
•Oversee the receipt and dispersal items, entering or leaving warehouse, help the storekeepers with this task when required.
•Recommend alternatives items to Hotels especially wines once items out of stock due to an avoidable reason.
•Create LPO when direct deliveries items need in emergency order.
•Verifies local LPO pending items to schedule the delivery.
•Ensuring goods are stored safely. Keeping staffs fully trained. Maintaining health and safety standard.
•Developing policies and procedures to direct the operation of the warehouse.
•Investigate and report operational discrepancy. Keeping accurate records.
•Keep track of the company’s vehicle fleet and ensure that regular maintenance is carried out.
•Ensure warehouses maintenance.
•Prepare time sheets. Schedule staff annual leaves. Perform any other related duties.
•Liaise with the procurement team for ordering items below minimum label.
•Carries out assignment in accordance with guidelines specialized material procedures and company established policies. Daily decisions are taken without recourse to the manager except where these involve deviations from policy and procedure of work is subject to review by Senior Management team.

•Ensure smooth and effective running of day to day goods receiving and store operations.
•Assist Food and Beverage department to achieve budgeted Food and Beverage cost.
•Produce monthly Food and Beverage cost control report for management detailing achieved cost against budget, inventory results and explaining any action points.
•Provide concise and accurate reconciliation of Food and Beverage cost for the Director of Finance.
•Conduct monthly physical inventory of all beverage areas (store and beverages outlets), check and sign all inventory in line with the policy and procedures.
•Produce monthly outlet inventory results detailing credits/debits for adjustments such as management rebates, cocktail sales, wine by the glass, re-cycled beverage, food to bar & etc.
•Assist Accounts department with goods receiving inquires and invoice application.
•Produce monthly (or as required), detailed menu analysis based on recipe costing.
•Produce daily flash food cost report for Executive Chef and team.
