SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Perform the necessary procedures related to the preparation of
A/P and A/R.
➢ Managing and follow up collection, bank receipt entry, analysis, and
reporting.
➢ Reconcile monthly bank statements - Bank Reconciliation.
➢ Prepares journal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts.
➢ Prepares Financial Report: Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, and Balance
Sheet.
➢ Reviews and verify the accuracy of journal entries as to accounts
classifications.
➢ Prepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports.
➢ Assists with audits by providing records and documents always
available.
➢ Ensure that all financial records are maintained in compliance with
accepted standard policies and procedures.
➢ Petty cash custodian.
➢ Prepares and submits the quarterly VAT and the yearly corporate
Income Tax Return.
➢ Responsible in the preparation of monthly WPS Salary.
