Marketing and client development for Gas/FO/Diesel based Power Plant in the range of 1MW to (but not limited to) 200MW for IPP & Captive Power Plants (CPP/ Utility Power).
Supporting customers to do feasibility study based on techo-commercial aspects and provides right kind of power solutions according to its need.
Meeting, discussing and negotiating techno-commercial issues with highest levels of executives of prospective customers & customers.
Executing entire sales (B2B) process of the Power Plant.
Marketing Research to understand industry dynamics and key trends of the market in order to plan the future business strategy with other colleagues.
Market development and launching of the New Products through seminar, exhibitions and presentations & direct interaction with prospective customers & customers.
Liaison with EPC Contractors, Vendors, Government Nodal Agencies for fuel, T&D companies and others.
Preparing reports based on Political, Economical Scenario and Industry Intelligence for the Power Plant industry of the region.
Marketing of Gas or FO based Engines & Gensets and developing business in India & Middle East market to the Power and Marine customers.
Executing entire Sales (B2B) process of the Engines & Gensets.
Meeting and negotiating with highest levels of executives of prospective customers & customers for techno commercial aspects.
Product development in the region.
Primary and Secondary Marketing Research to plan the future business strategy, along with other colleagues.
Executing entire Sales process of the Spare Parts and providing Technical After Sales Support.
Planning and performing all Operational and Maintenance activities of the Captive Power Plant, consisting HFO based Generators, Boilers, VAM (Chillers), Separators (FO & LO), Cooling Tower, 2000KL Fuel storage, Automation & control room, MV & LV, HV 100KV Switch Yard, etc.
Consulting and suggesting customers several Operation related practices.
Compliance all parameters and understand trends of all machinery/equipment.
Problem Identifying, Analyzing and Trouble shooting by analysing Power Plant parameters.
Inventory Management & supply chain of Captive Power Plants Spares & Consumables.
Maintaining all kind of reports and records (Viz. Audit, Power Generation, Consumption, Shift/Monthly Operation & Maintenance etc.) of the Captive Power Plants.
Implementing and Maintaining 5S, CIP (KAIZEN), ZBD, ZI, QMS, OSAHS, EMS etc Management tools in the plant.
Post Graduate in Management with Marketing specialization (Major- Marketing & Minor- Finance), from International School of Management Excellence (Accredited by NABET, QCI, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GOI), Bangalore from 2009 to 2010.
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology (Affiliated by AICTE, Accredited by NBA) under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka in 2007.
