With the experience of Project/Production coordination & CE Marking in Personal Protective Equipment Manufacturing Industries I can apply my knowledge in various aspects.
Currently I am employed/associated with Rahman Industries Ltd., which is a Safety Equipment manufacturing company. An Indian MNC in true sense, having presence worldwide and manufacturing facilities in different countries (India, France, South Africa, UAE, & Tunisia). Is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Also equipped with EN ISO 20345 and DIN norms.
My current job role/profile in their Safety Gloves Unit is:
1) EN standard certification of products.
2) CE marking.
3) FRI/AQL reports.
4) Actively participating & organising inspection of final goods.
5) Regular basis product testing & maintaining product's EN standards.
6) Production Coordination & product development.
7) Sample development & keeping records of samples sent.
8) Preparation of "BOM".
9) Generating provisional Packing List/CBM calculation.
10) Keeping track of customer/export documents.
11) Follow-up with in-house store team for accessories required in production.
10) Closely work with production team for dispatch of goods from factory.
11) Keeping track of in-coming raw material.
12) Organising with CHA for Logistics part of consignments dispatch from factory.
13) Advanced Material purchase.
14) Procurement of manufacturing accessories.
15) Generating monthly production reports.
16) Looking after quality of products & random product inspection.
17) Generating monthly leather stock report.
18) Closely work with Management team and handling administrative data.
19) Assisting Production in production floor.
Afzal Enterprises a small Business house with local customers.
They are a fabrication unit for the accessories to be used in manufacturing gloves. I used to look after the
daily production going on in the house. All customer wise details, pushing production people to speed up
production for on time delivery. Maintaining stock details customer wise in their warehouse. Realizing
payments from customers. Keeping track of all details happening inside the factory.
