-Support and drive initiatives for defined key suppliers.
-Continually work with suppliers to improve supply, sustainability and service.

-Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware faults in person and by phone.
-Devise and integrate solutions to manage and improve end user device.
-Providing technical support across the company.
