* Manage & oversee store day to day routine ( selling groceries/basic commodities)
* Placing orders & deliveries to clients.
* Budgeting in and out cash flow.

* Selection of qualified vendors/contractors, procured standard and quality materials.

Reviewed prices and product specifications from various vendors/contractors to determine which would provide the best deal.
* Procured kiosk, cctv cameras, computers, laptops, servers, printers, construction materials, stationeries, consumables, toiletries.
*Expedite deliveries in line with agreed dates as set by the buyer / Senior Technical Buyer.
* Ensure products / materials information arrives at the right time.
* Contact suppliers on a regular basis to expedite deliveries and information.
* Provide information and support as required to the buyer/senior technical buyer, and other internal customers. This will include but not limited to delivery dates and manufacturing lead-times.
* Maintain and update report of all Purchase Orders and Sub-contracts with all essential data.
* Committed to HSE requirements, all applicable legislation’s, and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
* Responsible for in and out shipments from the containers.
* Checking in & out containers, cars, and heavy equipment.
* Load & unload cars on container van, and load & unload containers to and from the vessel.
* Supervise deliveries for the staffing of goods to container van.
Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures of the building, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis;
Completes daily, weekly, monthly checklist on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
Assists with the renovation, repairs plaster and drywall, paints building structure.
Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of clients to and from various destinations and to assist clients on entry and exit from the vehicle as necessary.
Gathers items to fulfill customer orders and securely loads them on the truck.Assist the driver in the delivery of products to commercial and residential sites.Work cooperatively with others to complete tasks safe and efficient.
Observes continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.Sets-up, operates, or tends metal or plastic molding, casting, or core making machines to mold or cast metal or thermoplastic parts or products.
