1. Prepare baseline schedule, Loading resources and reassigned for the new project the Marafiq Headquarters( High Rise Building) which is now in progress.
2. Prepare Revision of baseline schedule and ability to evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) in an event of the Construction activities.
3. (Previous task)Monthly Reporting for all on Progress Project. Gathering data from all site its project update percentage status and evaluating against planned percentage, manpower units as of monthly actual against planned budget unit and the Invoices have had come up with against the earned value up to a certain date and other related valuable information for reporting.
4. (Previous task)Preparation of Preliminary Baseline Schedule, Manpower Histogram, Equipment Distribution & S-Curves for Technical Submittal in all Bidding Proposal for tendering.
5. (Previous task)Assist in preparation of Master Schedule, loading resources and program sequence of work analysis.
1.Responsible in preparation of Program Master Schedule and performs critical path analysis.
2.Updating program Master Schedule on a regular basis for Project Management reporting.
3.Makes plan revision and recovery to cope up delaying activities.
4.Develops and maintains Manpower estimates, Equipment and Material delivery requirements.
5.Monitors material status reports against construction schedules and reviews them with procurement and construction groups.
6.Quantities take off pay items that have been installed and accomplished and prepare monthly Invoices.
