Check all programs plan which by prepare in 48hrs plan
Check all status program that will be run each size cable in the machine
Check all safety rules and regulations procedures to maintaine awareness in accident as per of the company policy.
Arrange the production authoriazation which have input ips to be run and together with manufacturing instructions procedure for size of the cable
Arrange set up tools for the required as per of manufacturing instructions
Arrange all heating parrrameters which are use tn temperature profile
Arrange and re check all equipments devices that required for quality such as spark tester, diameter cable scanner, surface apperrance scanner, hydraulic cutter or electrical cutter, length marking and embossing wheel that presenting the name of the customer requirements
Re check all input id no.which by given in production authorazation came from planning department and also the materials required
Arrange and re check all delivery drums which aplicable or suitable for each every cutting length
Supervising and re checking all set up procedures that require in manufacturing instruction, such as centering, thicknes, surface apperance of the material
Start up time in the machine always re check and measure the cable diameter, thickness, surface apperance, flowing water to cooldown the heating materials, spark tester will be on and set the kv, length marking that measure the length with one meter interval that require for qaulity assurance.
Records and sign all the data results in production sheet and production authorazation that will be the refferal for the managements
Any problems come or have trouble shooting in machine while running call emmediatley maintenance and the shift engr.incharge for advise and action
Maintaine cleanleness and safety procedures on the machine as per of safety rules and regulations of the company policy
Operating machine extrude for wires and cables process for low, medium and high voltage.
