a) Supervises a Regional Hub in Bahrain with a 4, 000- pallet storage bonded warehouse capacity; inventory of 61 SKUs worth USD 30 mio; 130 outbound shipments per month and with 105 TEUs inbound shipments per month.
b) Manages export planning and execution for 6 GCC distributors out of the Bahrain Hub to ensure stock availability and optimize freshness in the market.
c) Ensures on time in full delivery of finished goods to avoid out of stock and achieve volume and profit targets for end markets
d) Oversees import planning of finished goods worth USD 24 mio monthly for UAE and the regional hub in Bahrain.
e) Obtains end market demand forecasts and transform them to a shipment or replenishment plan to discuss into End Market forum meetings and APO as a demand signal for factories.
f) Drives improvement in terms of accuracy and visibility of the Demand and Supply with efficient and effective planning, APO and other tools available
g) Engages with customers, market managers, factories, brands, Finance and other stakeholders to operationally manage expectations and perceptions.
h) Administers a trading company for the centralized processing of an average 130 TEU monthly shipments of the Region.
i) Supervises a team of 3rd Party Logistics Providers, 40 people, to ensure performance level is aligned with the expectations of the stakeholders
j) Supervises and mentors 2 BAT logistics coordinators to meet above targets.
