1) Be able to assist the Project Manager in all planning and cost control, 2) review drawings and providing quantity breakdown of the project, 3) maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations, 4) Submit monthly progress claim, 5) assisting procurement like making PR and reviewing third parties or suppliers claims and invoice, 6) review performance of the same, regularly together with Project Manager to maintain high quality of works and reliability.
1) To support Project Director in overseeing the project, planning & ensure work is carried out according to master program, 2) Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects using Primavera/MS Project/Excel, 3) Monitor progress of work on site on a daily/weekly basis, 4) In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of civil engineering projects, 5) Preparation of correspondences and drawing sketches for tender submissions, 6) overall responsible in providing detailed, requirement and working drawings, 7) drafting, design work and calculations, 8) ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications, 9) other adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
1) Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Supervisors and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will affect the implementation of the project schedule, 2) Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects, 3) maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluating project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress, 4) In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of Civil Engineering projects, 5) overall responsible in providing detailed, requirement and working drawings, 6) Drafting, design work and calculations, 7) Collate tender and contract quantity, 8) Must certify payment to subcontractors, 9) Submit monthly progress claim, 10) maintain close contact with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, 11) Conduct site visits, attend meetings with subcontractors, suppliers and government agencies, 12) Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
1) making and preparing cutting list of rebar including layout drawings, 2) making and preparing formworks design as for DOKA formworks, 3) estimating concrete quantities as for actual implementation at the site, 4) requesting materials and resources needed for the project as areas of concern, 5) updating Bill of Quantities of the project, 6) Develop, maintain and update schedule as area for concerns of the project.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering which is 5 year course in the Philippines. Three Major Categories: 1. Mathematics, Surveying and Mechanics 2. Hydraulics and Geotechnical Engineering 3. Design and Construction
