- Analyze, review, estimate and costing incoming tenders and quotations for landscaping from initial calculation to the final figures.
- Make and prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) and specifications required for design.
- Presenting proposals to clients, dealing with inquiries, clarifications and negotiating any amendments to final design.
- Contacting, negotiating costs and coordinating with vendors, manufacturers and suppliers.
- Responsible for the proposal from receiving the inquiry to submission of the final document.
- Assist in tender evaluation and clients requirements with respect to project execution plans, organization charts, job specific technical write ups, bank guarantees, commercial and technical qualifications and prepare responses to the client post bid queries.
- Review tender documents issued by clients and measure all works as specified in the tender documents. Ensure that the proposal addresses the key issues and complies technically and commercially with the requirements of the inquiry.
- Assist in the preparation of all tender documents such as bill of quantity (BOQ), specifications, and other tender documentation.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, price offers, inquiries, delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders needed in a project.
- Visit site to assess site conditions, accessibility and availability of services.

- Liaising with Engineering design team to ensure availability of sufficient information for preparation of quantities take-offs.
- Responsible in compiling and maintaining records of quantity, cost and type of materials received, stocked and issued, documents, shop drawings and as built drawings.
- Prepare document transmittal, submittal, field change request, method statement etc. needed in project.
- Make and prepare operation and maintenance manual, warranty and guaranty certificates for executed projects.

- Assessed quality control levels on selected addresses, determined which samples passed or failed, and maintained records for quality control verification.
