1. Review and understand all project contract documents (drawings, shop drawings,
composite coordinate service shop drawings, specifications, contract documents etc.
2. Coordinate with other Site Architects and Engineers before construction activities
commence.
3. Review related construction materials, technical data, material and finishes samples
submitted by contractors; ensure compliance against ministerial requirements and technical
specifications.
4. Assist in resolving any issues raised by contractors and make recommendations to the
Project Manager as appropriate.
5. Attend various off site inspections for review of specific material/samples, mock-ups,
testing as per the contract document.
6. Attend meetings (e.g. progress meetings, coordination and specially called meetings with
clients etc.) as and when required.
7. Review and assesses contractors', sub contractors' pre-qualifications; inspect their
showrooms, workshop/factory as and when required.
8. Review related as-built drawings provided by contractors prior to their submittal to local
ministries for approval and for final construction record purposes.

1. Verify, certify and approved architectural works complying with work specification and
meeting the required Code and Standards.
2. Review and approved site design and production information and discussed aspects with
client.
3. Review and approved shop drawings, materials and other submittals as may be required.
Coordinate with Contractor's designer where required to expedite any drawing revisions.
4. Visit the site regularly to assist in verifying site location, checks ongoing works quality,

1. Review and approve shop and as-built drawings.
2. Prepare design layout and detailed drawings in Auto CAD as site urgently needed.
3. Attending weekly site meeting with site engineers to sort out problem encounter on site as
well as coordination meeting with other disciplines.
4. Coordinate to Electro-mechanical engineers for implementing of Electrical, Plumbing, and
Air conditioning works considering Architectural Works and aesthetics not to be affected.
5. Prepare monthly report (progress, remaining activities, list of equipments and manpower,
reasons of delay and list of approved subcontractors and materials)
6. Site monitoring and inspection of reinforcement distribution and formwork fixing of cast-in
place concrete for Villas.
7. Inspection of all erected pre-cast elements used and utilized whether surely secured and
strictly followed according to the intent design and specifications.
8. Direct supervision and final inspection on erection and execution of all finishing activities
(CMU walls, plastering, painting, floor finishes, false ceiling, wooden doors, steel doors
and windows, stainless steel handrails, automatic roll up shutters, …..etc) of Villas.
9. Monitor the site work progress and updates the work schedule of contractor as per site
condition.
10. Inspect landscaping, hardscaping and external activities of the project.
11. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Structural and Architectural Works for the whole
project.

specification and method statements applicable to the project.
3. Attending weekly site coordination meeting with contractors to sort out problem encounter
on site as well as coordination meeting with all disciplines.
4. Complete coordination between the main contractor RTCC (Al-Rashid Trading &
Contracting Co.) and all subcontractors especially ARA (Al-Rashid Abetong) and SSEM
(Saudi Services Electro-Mechanical Works).
5. Monitoring and inspection of erection of precast items (columns, beams, hollow core slabs,
cladding, …..etc) of car parking and utility buildings.
6. Monitoring and inspection of all finishing activities (CMU walls, plastering, painting, epoxy
coating, floor finishes, all kinds of false ceiling, doors and windows, automatic gates,
sliding doors, stainless steel cladding, handrails, …..etc) of car parking, utility buildings
and apartment building.
7. Inspection of landscaping and external activities of car parking and utility buildings for final
approval.

1. Defines project design conforming to the following criteria: a) Cost efficient but elegant and
consistent with project motif. b) Functionally and technically sound and c) Market-
oriented.
2. Responsible for the execution and preparation of construction documents, estimates and
specification of materials, construction supervision, presentation drawings, detailed
drawings and perspective drawings.

3. Performs and coordinate design layout of other Engineering drawings such as Structural
plans, Electrical plans, Sanitary plans including Mechanical plans and Equipment Design.
4. Defines project activities needed to complete the project duration of specific work activity,
cost resources to use and methods to use.
5. Coordinate over all works and discipline to achieve project goal in terms of cost, quality,
time and safety standards.
6. Monitors actual construction progress in relation to the actual materials and labor
consumption and identifies causes of deviation as problems arise.
7. Prepare bid documents needed to award specific item of work, evaluate bid proposals and
submit recommendations to the owner/higher management.
8. Evaluate billing of suppliers and contractors and makes recommendation for payment to
owner.
9. Identifies the affected public of the project and government agencies regulating the project
and established rapport with them.
10. Paper works preparation such as Material Submittals, Request for Inspection, Technical
Queries, Delivery Materials Inspection and Execution Method Statements.
11. Direction and supervision of workers and ensure workmanship of installation to be in
compliance with design specifications.
12. Monitor progress of works to ensure timely execution of work in accordance with the
project schedule and in coordination with the work of other trades and disciplines.
13. Attends site coordination technical meetings to resolve technical issues affecting progress
of works.
14. Checking material submittals comprising technical literature and samples appropriate and
