Turbine Inlet Air Cooling System for Block (F) at Power Plant - 9 (PP9) at Riyadh, and Riyadh Power Plant No. 10 (PP10) - 3000 MW Lead focus on the implementation of the systems completion process on executing projects, including development or review of the Systems Completion Database (System Completion Database (SCDB)) as well as oversight of project team Systems Completion Clerks and the SCDB Administrator. Check all items/tags with associated check record status for each MC (or commissioning) package. Coordinate MC documentation compiled in MC package. Check Commissioning documentation compiled in Commissioning dossier. Check A punch list register is a listing of all punch list items, prepared at a time when installation, functions or activities should have been completed.
Provide System Monitoring Database, design, planning, programming and operation and operations management across Client operated porfolio to ensure smooth mechanical completion of project system turnover packages during the EPC execution. Coordinate of all mechanical completion activities to meet TOP schedule for commissioning. Populate MC & commissioning completion schedule dates in Database and Prepare weekly MC & Punch list reports from CMS and support construction meetings. Review & Populate Tags and ITR assignments in Completion Management System, Validate system ITR & certificate assignments
Provide overall Systems Completion leadership and expertise, including all matters related to commissioning and turnover/systems acceptance. Also, provides engineering definition and planning to support mechanical completion. Collaborates with Operations/EPC Contractor to ensure a safe and effective execution of Systems Completion activities and to ensure all Systems Completion contract requirements are met - Manages Systems Completion interfaces between PMT and EPC Contractor to facilitate successful commissioning and hand-over - Provides assistance to EPC Contractor for utilization of a computerized Completion Management System for tracking, certification and quality purposes - Collaborates with and supports the start-up team to achieve a successful turnover, start-up and acceptance by Operations - Assist PMT in meeting Clients expectations as required.
World's Largest Multiple String Air Separation Plant Responsibilities in Turnover/Handover Department for developing and customize Handover Database ICQMS. I have designed and integrated Handover reporting system in ICQMS Database. The Handover reporting system includes Check Sheets, Punch List and Handover System Certification reports related to Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Piping, Structural, Civil, Painting, Insulation and Commissioning.
NCFC Ammonia Plant Responsible for Inspection of Electrical/Instrument installation, ensuring that all installations in accordance with approved designs, international codes, standards and company procedures. I have been responsible for Inspection of material deliveries and monitoring of proper storage and preservation for various Electrical/Instrumentation equipment received on site.
