-Support Store manager in supervision of sale associate and all other employee essential to the efficient operation of the store.

Answering customer inquiries.
•Updating customer’s requirements for the Housing loans.
•Ensure customers are acknowledged and received excellent customer service.
•Updating Customers documents and ensure it’s all complete before filling.
Ensure all materials are available for the daily trading.
•Update daily stock movement.
•Monitor all the linen in and out from the warehouse.
•Visit the Laundry and ensure the quality of their product for customer satisfaction.
•Inventory all the stocks monthly to reduce stock loss.
•Maintain cleanliness and quality of the stocks at warehouse.
•Ensure all materials and products are well organized for faster transaction and replenishment.
Answering customer’s inquiry regarding the books.
•Prepare purchase order.
•Giving feedback to my manager regarding stock, best seller and slow seller.
•Update and monitor stocks from warehouse.
•Ensure customer satisfaction.
Welcome all customers and guest, answer inquiries and manage customers in the most positive way.
