+ Revamped the clients Main data centre, which included the installation of a Cold Ile Containment solution from Panduit. This optimized the data centre footprint, improved the redundancy
of the network cabling and power, and improved the overall efficiency of the data centre.
«Transformed the clients core network infrastructure to new Cisco data centre switches Nexus 9Ks (9508) on primary and disaster recovery site. This provided redundancy with dedicated fibre links, which improved the reliability and performance of the network.
+ Planned, designed, implemented the migration of the clients Disaster Recovery site to Nournet colocation data centre. This provided huge cost saving for dedicated faciity, consisting of building rent, operation, maintenance, dedicated staff, and utility bills.
+ Deployed new Dedicated Dark Fiber optic links between Primary and Disaster Recovery site of up to 288 cores. This provided a high-speed, secure, and reliable connection between the two sites.

+ Successfully configured, maintained, backed up, and upgraded the network infrastructure, which included a wide variety of network devices.
+ Proactively monitored the network, troubleshooted and resolved network issues, and scheduled upgrades and backups to ensure the availability and performance of the network.
+ Designed and implemented new solutions that improved the resilience of the network and ensured that the network was able to withstand unexpected events.

+ Worked in SAVBU-Arch Test Team for development and testing on Nexus 5K and Nexus 2K platform. Part of Laer 3 unicast PVA IPV6 Team.
+ Testing various 2/13 protocol such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP and VRRP over SVI and Access/Trunk ports for both IPv4/1P.
+ Executing test cases by generating IPv4/IPG traffic using IXIA XM12 traffic generator.

+ Assist customers in configuration and troubleshooting severity 3 network issues comprising Cisco call managers (VolP) and switches, architectural related to IP Telephony (VoIP), SP/ SCCP, Site to Site VPN, Remote Phone registration, high CPU utilization, Inter-VLAN routing, Trunking, Layer 2/3 switching, 105/ Firmware upgrade, device crashes, POST failures, and provide related documents.

+ Tocarry out the IMACS and maintenance of SITA operating equipment (Desktop, PCs, Printers) and network connections Implementation of customer installations according to circuit instalation, follow-up and site surveys.
+ Testing of network service equipment, installation of network service equipment, support for new connections, providing professional skills for network equipment installation at airport/customer premises and be responsible for the co-ordination of local acceptance testing with customers and 3rd parties.
