Involved in Full Cycle Recruitment including communicating with Client/Managers, Sourcing, Updating, Re Validating, Managing Database, Coordination with Client & Candidate, Conducting interviews, Head Hunting, Mobilization, Onboarding, Placement (End to End) and other related activities in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions for clients all over Gulf region (especially Kuwait, UAE, KSA). Recruitment Process:
• Maintain and monitor all job postings for various roles.
• Liaison with the client and managers on the hiring of manpower.
• Post positions to ATS and job boards as necessary.
• Track and monitor resume flow through the job listings.
• Refreshes job listings to maintain resume flow.
• Evaluating CVs for short listing as per Clients/Managers requirements.
• Maintains information in the Applicant Tracking System and maintains excel.
• Schedule phone screens, Video conference / and in-person interviews for respective departments, hiring managers and prospective candidates.
• Involved in supporting high volume interviews and recruitment campaign.
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules and other recruiting activities.
• Informing short-listed candidates by call, e-mail, and follow up by phone, obtaining their confirmation, if appearing for the interview.
• Getting candidates written acceptance, and taking care of the candidates documents, Passport, original certificates, Photographs, etc.
Visa Processing & Mobilization:
• Assists in the preparation and processing of documents relating to the Visa Processing.
• Handling high volume candidate Visa Processing activities.
• Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance) and mobilization.
• Liaise with the PRO regarding the new visa requests, renewals or cancellation and keeping the tracking sheet updated.
• Updating candidates personal files with Job Offer signed by the clients; complete the pre departure formalities, getting financial clearance, if any, from the finance department.
• Updating recruiting system with all the necessary paperwork in respect of deployment of the selected candidates.
Involved in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment including Sourcing, Updating, re validating, Managing Database, Coordination with Client & Candidate, conducting interviews, Head Hunting, Placement (End to End) and other related activities in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions throughout the United States. Recruiting for preferred and direct clients all over the USA in various industries including Information Technology, Finance, Banking, logistics and warehousing. Thorough preliminary screening of the candidate to evaluate various parameters like experience, technical skills, communication skills, pay rate, education etc. Successfully placing US Citizens/GC/EAD/TN consultants in various domains including Financial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Expert in creating search strings
and sourcing the suitable candidates using internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Job Diva and leading job sites like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed.
