- Selling ICT Infrastructure services and solutions in domains of Networking, Collaboration, Security,
Data Centres and EUC to large and medium enterprises from various industry verticals like Retail,
IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, etc.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquisition of new clients in West region
- Responsible for driving new IT trends such as Cloud, Enterprise Services, Managed Services, Next
Generation Data Centre, Mobility, Wireless and ITaaS.
- Working through the complete sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation to order closure and
follow up.
- Working closely with various stakeholders in the organization for the successful delivery of a
particular solution.
- Maintaining healthy business relationship with the clients as well as OEMs.
- Primary focus on new business and services while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.

▪ Facilitating smooth order execution & handling entire business cycle from enquiry generation,
preparing technical & commercial proposals to closure of sale.

▪ Handling customer grievances and resolving issues.
▪ Strategizing and planning of monthly / quarterly/ annual plans with team.
