• Organizing and directing the activities of the project control team and co-ordination with team (Head office and Project Site).
• Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the project.
• Responsible for Implementing and maintaining Work Break Down structure and Cost Breakdown Structure for projects.
• Quantity variation analysis for Cost control during budget finalization.
• Responsible for preparing accurate and on-time cost report for management reporting.
• Establish the capital cost budget from the estimate in accordance with the project WBS.
• Evaluation and comparison of contractors commercial bid for contract finalization. Including EPC, Cost plus model and Item rate contract.
• Responsible for contract specific reporting in accordance with KPIs and assist with providing support on monthly and annual performance analysis.
• Responsible for preparing Productivity Dashboard for various equipment’s to compare with Budget productivity and trend analysis.
• Review of Time Extension Claims, Risk analysis and Continuous improvement strategies.
• Assist in preparation of detailed project estimate and basis of estimate.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Liaising with other departments at all meetings relative to project operations, to ensure that information affecting schedule and cost is continually updated.
• Responsible for managing and tracking Budget, Actual and Commitment in SAP.
• Review Contractor’s cost tracking reports and preparing Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) for Management review.
• Cost & Time control for the running projects using Earned Value Management.
• Assesses the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Analysis of vendor wise actuals cost spent for Management review.
• Preparation and Management of Budget for various Projects including assumption, risks, and opportunity details.
• Accountable for cost control, cash flow monitoring and implementation of planning & scheduling for Projects.
• Coordinate with site engineers and inspectors for the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.
• Quantity Surveying for Various Projects as per drawing and specifications.
• Client supplied Material Reconciliation.
• Supervision of execution works as per Drawing and Quality standards.
