- Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration, and installation.

− Sharing, managing and troubleshooting database and system problems.
− Managing system backup schedule & tasks through different software and hardware.
− Managing and troubleshooting for email server like (MERAK and Exchange).

− Responsible for version control in the client-server environment (follow-up, distribution of releases to users).

− Managing and Monitoring Cisco Switches, Routers, firewall, WAN, internet utilization, bandwidth, and UPS’s
