- Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration, and installation.
− Maintains network hardware and software, including servers, voice, smartphone, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, and wiring.

− Trains users in the operations of office productivity applications.

− Sharing, managing and troubleshooting database and system problems.
− Managing system backup schedule & tasks through different software and hardware.
− Managing and troubleshooting for email server like (MERAK and Exchange).
− Servers maintenance and troubleshooting. Including software security patches, operating system updates, performance tuning, log analysis, maintaining application updates and bug fixes.
− Responsible for version control in the client-server environment (follow-up, distribution of releases to users).
− Supervise and support the IT specialists and end users for IT support.
− Managing and Monitoring Cisco Switches, Routers, firewall, WAN, internet utilization, bandwidth, and UPS’s
