• Handle staffing requirements related to transportations, roads, highways, bridges, water, wastewater, infrastructure projects. Coordinate with the Hiring Managers to identify their recruitment needs.
• Update and maintain the manual and online recruitment tracking system using TALEO to manage the recruitment process. Utilize the online recruitment tracking system in updating the requisitions, sourcing candidates and posting the job requirements. Keeping tracks of the recruitment activity. Update the status of the shortlisted candidates and disposition unsuccessful candidates accordingly.
• Perform search for qualified candidates according to the relevant job criteria provided by clients, Hiring Managers using recruitment database, internet recruiting resources and employee referrals.
• Posting adverts and sourcing of Resumes through various recruitment job portals and social network portal (GulfTalent.com, MonsterGulf.com, Bayt.com, CareerStructure.com, NaukriGulf.com, Jobsite.com, Taleo, LinkedIn).
• Layout the advertisement of urgent requirements to be advertised in a local and international newspaper.
• Source, identify and shortlist suitable candidate based on the job descriptions, budget provided by the Hiring Managers, candidates’ relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
• Source and aim to close the new requisitions within a shorter period of time and continuously source excellent candidates suitable for the current or future requirements to build a good database.
• Verify the interest, availability, salary expectations of the shortlisted candidates prior for submission to the Hiring Managers.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and the Hiring Managers.
• Prepare, extend, negotiate, finalize and follow-up offers with the selected candidates.
• Maintain and keep the Hiring Managers updated on the recruitment progress.
