• Supervision and coordination of in-house technical team related to maintenance tasks; Civil, A/C, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and Electrical Works.
• Preparing both Architectural and MEP Detailed drawings for mall approvals, site construction & as-built drawings.

• Proposing Lease Outline Drawings (LODs) for STR potential locations
• Preparing STR Master Plan for all Assets
• Assessing site conditions and liaising with Facilities Management Team
• Supports & assists Operations Team by coordinating outstanding issues with tenant/contractor
• Developing and composing Design Guidelines of each asset
• Administer project documentation includes Tenant drawing submission and Tenant variation request.
• Interacts with Tenant designer to develop and complete kiosk/pop-up designs.
• Liaises with contractors/subcontractors, Retail Delivery Team and Asset Facilities Management.
• Supervises the presentation and functional quality of all kiosk and promotional stand ensuring it is of the highest possible standards and in line with the RDD design guidelines and precinct design guidelines.
• Maintains customer focus and on-going relationship with retailers, their designers and contractors by being multi-disciplined in retail design, shop fitting construction techniques, health and safety on site.
• Monitoring of sites that include all coverage, control locations including dispatch locations, project phases, detailed design and associated facilities.
• Ensures coordination in RDD meetings, Tenant and contractor meetings.
• Protects the landlords’ properties and strict implementation of guidelines during the set up and operations
• Strict adherence to deadlines of the tenants.
• Prepares status reports, which correspond to the tenants’ scope of work, tracks the timeline of the project from concept design to shop opening and ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Oversees workers and ensures that a certain project is completed and delivered on time.
• Works within tight deadlines with the variety of tenants and workers who may not perform up to the standards set in by the Mall Management.
• Works beyond a normal workweek and daily work to get the job done.
• Directly reports to the Head of Retail Design & Delivery.
• Sets meeting with the tenant, designer and contractor regarding the design and full coordination prior to installation.

• Full coordination with contractors, managers and tenant
• Consistent supervision through overseeing overnight works and set-up installations for kiosk and among others.
• Monitoring of sites that include all coverage, control locations including dispatch locations, project phases, detailed design and associated facilities.
• Ensures coordination with the whole team involved in the operation.
• Files all project documents (hard and soft copies).
• Protects the land lords’ properties and strict implementation of guidelines during the set up and operations
• Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.
• Strict adherence to deadlines of the tenants.
• Generally supports the project as what have been the plans are and includes scheduling work activities and working with vendors.
• Prepares status reports which correspond to the tenants’ scope of work and tracks the timeline of the project.
• Oversees workers and ensures that a certain project is completed and delivered on-time.
• Works within tight deadlines with the variety of tenants and workers who may not perform up to the standards set in by the Mall Management.

• Kick off meeting and Site handover
• Coordinating on the approved drawings, permits and LODs (Lease Outline Drawings).

 In charge at site supervision within UAE and GCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain) for both Civil & MEP works.
 Meeting with mall Tenant Coordinators to discuss updates, changes and improvements needed as well as handing over of drawings.
 Coordinating with managers, contractors, mall management and tenant coordinators for the preparation and opening of the stores.
 Facilitating for preparation of site approval documents for Brand Principals (UK).
 Appointed in preparation of shop drawings, tender package and bill of quantities including inquiries and dealing with suppliers and contractors.
 Coordinating with Brand Principals from UK for the design of the shops and suppliers internationally for the non trading materials to be used.
