As an electrical technician, responsible to complete all electrical and fire alarm works to a professional standard local and national codes and in a timely efficient manner with a high degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety in my area of responsibility. Installs audio/visual components in the guest room or function room, installs units and printed circuit boards following specifications use electrical hand power and pneumatic tools. Customizes units and makes adjustments or repair according to written specification spare parts was installed, cables, and test fixtures. Understanding of core and third party fire/security products software and systems/electrical technology. General maintenance repair and adjustment of a street light, respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls, conduct inspection tours to ensure that electrical equipment and lighting is working properly, Collaborate with all tenant in the building and contractors on a daily basis in a professional manner to resolve fire detection/alarm and life safety systems issues, complete preventive maintenance schedule and incident report.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret drawings of electrical plans at buildings. Inspect if all electrical works comply with the international and local standards especially during the store operation. Maintain and update fire detection/alarm and life safety testing documentation to reflect the current conditions, Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical system, remove and replace faulty electrical components such as breaker, contactor, relay and others. Inspects monitoring all electrical wirings of existing and newly installed in building, and rewiring in buildings being undertaken. maintain and operate complex fire detection/alarm systems, life safety systems and other monitoring/control/signal/clock systems in the buildings that are routinely occupied and cannot be disturbed, Test voltage, current and continuity of a circuits using test equipment to ensure the compatibility and safety of the system before undergo testing and troubleshooting. Set-up sounds system at the Amphitheater area during events, such as speakers, lightings, video monitoring, and wirings on a base of the events plan.

Duties and Responsibilities;
Conducts monthly, annual preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting and maintaining of fire alarm control system. Assist programming and installation of validation and operating systems. Install and change defective units of Fire Alarm System, Fire suppression as per NFPA standard, Assists of my engineer for final commissioning and final turn over for the project. Configuration of the FM200 panel, sequence, and operation.

Can set up cable tray for feeder line, wire gutter for sub-feeder and home run inside EE room. It can test using different kinds of measuring equipment, multi-tester (voltmeter, ohmmeter), phase rotation/sequencer by looking true line phase, Clamp ammeter using for verifying load consumable and balancing of load for three phase power, meeger testing using for insulation test to high voltage resistance cable, high voltage circuit breaker.
STRUCTURED CABLING(COMPUTER NETWORKING)TELECOMMUNICATION( telephone); can read plan to lay out for LAN/telephone, installation of devices face plate and i/o outlet, wiring of cat5 for telephone, cat6 for data, set up of patch panels and hub, termination of cat5 to patch panel for telephone cable, Termination of cat6 to patch panel for LAN cable for data. Can set up cable tray for data/voice located at equipment room, working station. Can testing LAN cable using seimon computer tester, amp computer tester, alantek computer tester, fluke computer tester DTX 1800 for documentation.
CCTV; can read plan to lay out and wiring, installation of devices and testing.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM; can read plan to lay out and wiring, installation of devices and testing. Follow the zoning to install and wiring, installation of panel and termination, commissioning.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM; can read plan and lay out, wiring and installation of device flow switch and supervisory switch, termination of devices and testing by adopt and activate to fire alarm system panel.
SMALL POWER (power and lighting installation); can read plan to layout for lighting and power at slab, installation of box at utility box for roughing INS lay-out.

GROUNDING BONDING WORKS; installation of re-bars for grounding bonding in slab and welding every corner/riser connection to the post, cad-weld connection to re-bars 10mm and grounding cable different sizes from 22mm to 150mm connected to grounding @ slab and grounding bus bar. Install of grounding bus bar in battery room, power cable tray battery room to transformer room.
