Major Responsibilities:
 Experience of fault management, configuration management, log management, performance management and troubleshooting in Nokia Siemens Networks Radio Commanders, ZTE Netnumen and Huawei IM2000 Clients
 In-depth knowledge of 240XL Siemens and ZTE ZXSDR BTS
 Person of contact (POC) for Telenor Pakistan North-1 region (formerly Central-1)
 Stats based root cause analysis and troubleshooting of network issues and their resolution with the coordination of field operations
 Reporting, analysis, troubleshooting and escalation of BSS Quality trouble tickets, RF KPI trouble tickets (CSSR, DCR, TCH Availability and Assignment Success Rate, Equipment Drops, HOSR, Sync loss, TRX UL and DL Quality, No Voice, transcoder drops) and Worst Cells Report to field operations for timely resolution
 Reporting, analysis and escalation of High Revenue Sites with degraded TCH Availability, Repeated Outages, No Traffic Cells, Power Alarms, Rectifier Fault Alarms, Top 5 Outages of the Week, Back Office (SLM Team) Performance Report, Network Analysis report (NAR) and Network Outages Report (NOR) to field operations for timely resolution
 Customer complaints analysis, resolution and timely feedback as well as weekly meetings with customer regarding network improvement plans and customer complaints
 Initiating, planning and implementing projects to improve network performance. Past projects include:
 Nationwide Cell Level Faults Recovery Project
 Nationwide Network TCH Availability Improvement Project over the period of 20 days
 Management Escalated Worst Sites Improvement Project
 Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Inter Operator Benchmarking Project for 498 sites
 Nationwide Faulty Rectifiers Replacement
 Implementation of Intelligent Shutdown (ISD) Feature on more than two thousand cells nation wide
 Responsible for providing 2nd level Support (SLM) and faults recovery guidance to field teams (FLM)
 Hardware configuration, creation and deletion, E1 loop-break testing, alarm testing, soft and hard reset for hardware recovery, intelligent shutdown (ISD) implementation, power testing, software up gradation, locking and unlocking of hardware, E1s, TRXs, timeslots and sub timeslots, extraction of alarm logs, site configuration and cell level stats files from NMS Clients
 NOC support regarding fault recovery, and performing Local Monitoring in case of O-link or NMS failure
 SLA compliance tracking for KPI, Quality and Outages trouble tickets
 Coordination with 3rd Level Support, Nokia Siemens Network Care, RF regional teams and VSAT media provider teams for timely resolution of network issues
 ZTE ZXSDR Equipment (RRU and RSU) tracking against model type that includes availability and required count of each type region wise, weekly record of faulty and repaired RRUs/RSUs and their regional distribution plan, assuring availability of equipment in all regions on time
