 Accountable for reviewing the inputs from clients and detail the drawings on AutoCAD.
 Efficiently check the correct placement and number of various devices according to NFPA Standards.
 Responsible for designing suitable network diagram for the understanding of SLC Loops and AV loops.
 Deftly determine the Bill of materials and final submittal as per client’s requirements.
 Actively involved in preparing the database of the fire alarm devices in the verifier tools and do the programming as per the client’s requirements.
 Identify training gaps and reviewing Training Syllabus and Fire Manual to ensure team effectiveness and promptitude.
 Efficiently studied the Data sheets of the devices and the relation with the design.
 Spearhead the efforts in preparing the typical access control system drawings and co-relate them with the taggings on Floor plans.
 Systematically making CCTV Matrix drawings and CCTV risers for the Buildings.
 Successfully handle the hardware submittal preparation and getting it verified by the clients.
 Carry out functions including Site Survey, Design, Technical Specifications, Commissioning and final execution of the project within defined terms timelines.
 Fire Protection systems design like Sprinkler System, Water Hydrant system, spray system, Foam system, CO2 fire extinguishing system, Inert Gas and Detection systems.
 Increase sales of Services through efficient communication & Customer Satisfaction.
 Business Development, Sales & Estimation of Projects.
 Conduct Team building Exercises and Team Meetings
 Support Management by preparing the Sales review sheets and target achievement plans by collecting and carefully reviewing the data.
 Keep records for team members working on various projects and build up their morale as and when needed.
 Prepare Project Engineering Documents such as Specs, Compliance Statement, Basis of Design, FAT, SAT, etc…
