Have hand-on experience on below technologies.
Firewall : Checkpoint, Palo-Alto, Cisco ASA
Loadbalancer : F5 LTM, A10 shared
Router : Cisco all flavours
Switches : Cisco Catalyst & Nexus.
I have been designing, implementing, monitoring & managing all the above technologies.

Proactive as well as Reactive Monitoring & Troubleshooting of Networking Devices like Switches, Routers, Firewall’s & Load Balancer of more than 10 Clients.
Incident as well as Change management for the customers depending on their Requirements / Contracts using Service-NOW ticketing tool.
Knowledge of Creation, Deletion, Modification of Policies / Rules on Checkpoint/FortiGate using Smart Dashboard & FortiGATE Dashboard as per customer Requirements.
Knowledge of creation of VPN Tunnels on Checkpoint/ FortiGate, monitoring of the Tunnel Status on Smart Monitor & FortiGATE Dashboard and Troubleshoot and Manual Failover of Tunnels on Tunnel Saturation or on Customer’s Demands / Requirements.
Knowledge of upgrading the licenses as well as OS firmware version for Checkpoint / FortiGate firewalls.
Knowledge of Upgrading the Firmware of Checkpoint (R76 to R77.30) & FortiGate (5.2 to 5.4) Firewalls.
Training to new team member’s about the process in Project.
Knowledge of troubleshoot on Checkpoint/ FortiGATE firewalls for issues like Cluster failover, Threshold Violation (CPU, Memory), SIC Failure, whitelisting websites / blocking websites and traffic on Checkpoint/ FortiGATE firewalls etc.
Knowledge of manual Cluster Failover on Checkpoint/ FortiGATE Firewalls on Cluster Failure. Also Create Backup every week and restore if needed using Snapshot, DBR, Backup Utilities.
Using E-health Tools for performing Reports for Devices.
Monthly Reports and Documentation.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting Network infrastructure of all Offices spread over pan India using Whatsup Gold, Manage-Engine monitoring tool.
Responsible for Major/ Critical incident management for multiple clients using HPSM ticketing tool.
Knowledge of Configuration of Routers (1941, 1841) and Switches (2960, 2950) to provide end to end connectivity between data center and remote sites using multi-vendor environment.
Interact and co-ordinate with field engineers and ISP to resolve day to day issues.
Working with HPSM tool on service request & incident tickets related to issue raised by customer for Network connectivity.
Handling & troubleshooting on tickets from customer related to Network issues.
Escalating ticket to higher team if issue is not resolved.
Network performance analysis - Tracking performance indicators such as bandwidth utilization, packet loss, latency, availability and uptime of routers, switches and other SNMP enabled devices.
