• Delivering HR services to other departments, as and when required.
• Making necessary prior administrative arrangements for internal and external trainings.
• Handling Talent Acquisition portfolio by conducting recruitment drives, interviews, involving business in the hiring decisions etc.
• Ensure completion of hiring documentation of newly inducted employees.
• Facilitate Regional HR team in processing payroll, medical insurance/claims, final settlement, and leave encashment within the defined turnaround time.
• Handling employee relations matters at area level and assist Regional HR / Head Office HR for any domestic inquiries and disciplinary proceedings.
• Working closely in building bridges amongst area management and staff, for enhanced productivity and retention at workplace.
• Delivering training sessions and presenting a range of Product Trainings, Policy Awareness sessions, SOP Refreshers, Personal & Professional Development Trainings, Orientations, etc.
