Supply Chain \[Ordering\]
• Configure Order Management System with agreed business rules to ensure optimised fulfilment for customer orders and ground stocks
• Place / Negotiate monthly orders for whole Lexus line up in UAE to TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) Japan, average orders of 1000 units per month as per UAE demand worth billions.
• Maintaining MOS (Months of Stock) levels as per company policies.
• Analysis of ordering ratio by Model- Suffix - Color combinations
• Arranging / Presentation of Sales Stock Operation Planning meeting monthly with sales channels and management.
• Create Purchase orders in SAP for the confirmed production and create vehicles in SAP and update prices in JPY
• EDI- Electronic data interface, shipping data download from TMC portal and process in SAP.
• Create shipping notification and update on Vessel arrivals to business and Logistics.
• Manage rolling forecast and market over view - for accurate demand and supply coverage.
Network Development
• In-charge of Lexus Network in UAE
• Maintaining the facilities up to the Lexus standards by following the Lexus Corporate Identity- CI (Guidelines)
• One point contact for Lexus Facilities major and minor refurbishments
• Initialize new projects and briefing new scope of work to the stake holders involved.
Acting Sales Operations Manager:
• Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
• Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
• Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
• Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers / Business Managers to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
• Provide and supervise daily operational support to all sales channels.
• Reviewing branch targets / forecast with Brand Director on monthly / weekly basis.
• 3 X sales Operations Executive worked under me.
• Stock handling of Metro branch 1600New units annually, with Annual Turnover 308m AED worth of stock.
• Liaising with Logistics for follow up of inter branch transfers - B2B transactions.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, Stock reports
• Maintaining Demonstration vehicles. Registration / maintenance for showrooms, Head office Pool, Launch and Associate demos
• Assist the Branch and Sales Managers by corresponding with information on products as well as liaising with internal departments as and when required (Logistics, PDI, etc..).

Planning and supervising constant flow of Inbound containers (Average 8/Day) receiving, staging, sorting checking and binning processes and likewise monitoring Outbound operation of picking, packing and finally staging and dispatch.
Ensuring quality of operation to minimize damage and increase handling capacity.
Overseeing the warehouse/store management and maintaining reduced inventory levels with increased storage efficiency.
