• Generate and accelerate revenue growth on designated
accounts and products in line with the organizations strategic
objectives.
• Prospecting from Mid-Large strategic and Tel-co accounts to
gain new major customers and qualifying partners and re-sellers
of the organizations cloud solutions and other products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all
strategic partners to excel revenue growth.
• Directing the pre-sales and sales teams to advance business
opportunities.
• Timeously keeping management and marketing teams informed
on key accounts competitor activities.
• Handling and communicating all potential channel conflicts with
other sales channels, internally and externally.
• Ensure clear understanding of the organizations values and
asset features and offerings, both internally and externally.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination
with partners resources.
• Initiate, drive and report to business partners on all successful
up-sell and cross sell initiatives.
• Coordinate the involvement of personnel, including support
services and organizational resources.
• Responsible for CRM: Data quality and forecasting, customer
satisfaction, customer's business workflow and contact network
development.
