Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit,
and for providing full administrative support to the HR Managers and Officers.
Calculating payroll from Time sheets and general payroll administration..
Prepare Monthly Reports such as monthly deduction, payroll Summary & Variance Reports
and HRFD Fund analysis Reports
Prepare and Submitting Monthly EOS Reports to Finanace departments
Calculating team Members Vacation and EOS benefits
Prepare monthly and yearly Accrued expenses for per Employees.
Tracking Team Members' Iqama, Baladiya and Insurance Cards.
New Team Member retention and orientation
Tracking All reporting system - Daily Reports, Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports
Answering staff payroll enquiries
Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees.
Maintenance of the HR records and systems.
Keeping track of any employee anniversaries and awards they are due.
Developing reports for senior HR Officers on staff sick leave, absences
and holiday leave.
Handling Employees' grievance and taking necessary actions
Providing professional advisory support to company employees.
Travel Activities - To arrange & ensure business travel of Managers through travel agents/online portals, Visa, Invitation Letters from overseas counterparts, Hotel reservations.
Well versed with international / domestic travel arrangement & Visa.
Ticketing for employees’ Annual vacation
