Duties

• Star delta and DOL stater control and power wiring.
• Electrical wiring as per drawing.
• Prepared monthly preventive maintenance schedule for the department
• Efficient in Plant efficiency, reducing down time and wastage
• Performing of preventive and corrective maintenance as per manual.
• Monthly inspection of Electrical DB’S & panel
• Proficient of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance of plant machinery & Electrical equipment’s
• Physical inspection of machinery, Utilities and Electrical equipment’s.
• Managing the day-to-day operations in the Plant
• Responsible for the entire administrative activities of the office
• Responsible for the working and safety of all machinery
• Works with sales and engineering teams to define design, drawing, manufacturing / repair requirements, scheduling and costs
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of all products manufactured or repaired by the facility
• Achieving Daily task list
• Quality inspection of items
• To prepare monthly activity report and to keep follow up for the Pending activities
• Training of Operators and technicians
• Managing the day-to-day operations in the Plant
• Handling & coordination with vendors
• Maintaining inventory level and ROL of the Engineering store
• Maintain The Troubleshooting & Equipment’s Documentation, Log Books & Data In SAP
