In previous organisation I have been working as a supervisor whose main task was to design syllabus, to train the teachers and supervise their teaching. I also facilitated the teachers in teaching by introducing methods of class control and understanding the psychology of learners. My job was to find solutions to their problems. I also modify the methods of learning to harmonize them with modern developments. To conduct exam after making papers and supervise their checking by the teachers.
As a teacher, I have vast experience of teaching English Literature up to graduate level. I have been teaching language also in which I select syllabus according to the needs of the learners. I design syllabus myself to meet the needs of the students.
I have also been teaching to O Level classes to prepare them for the Cambridge University. I have got expertise in teaching academic writings to prepare the students of international exams.
