• Preventive maintenance Road Project in eastern province which were consists of Dammam Nauryiah Khfigy and Hafar Al Batten.
• Client Ministry of Transportation (M.O.T.) in K.S.A. Project Description:
• Responsible for testing and quality control in Site and Laboratory for the above mentioned preventive maintenance Road Project which was based on earth works, major quantity of concrete, Asphalt and also riding quality of asphalt tested and supervised according to the technical specification.
Factory for pre-casting concrete system (Riyadh K.S.A.) October 10, 2002 - January 9, 2003 Project Description: Responsible for quality of aggregates related to all aggregate quality tests and diferent type of items based on strength in laboratory before pouring and at the time of pouring sample of concrete was taken to check the workability slump, temperature and compressive strength of cylinders after 24 hours and after 3, 7, and 28 days. For Site: A. Inspection prior to casting 1. Mould condition 2. Mould Dimension 3. Mould fixing and cleanliness 4. Form release agent 5. Placement of Reinforcement 6. Embedded items 7. Block outs B. Inspection During Casting 1. Placing of concrete 2. Compaction 3. Surface Finish C.Inspection During Curing 1. Ensure that the accepted and approved procedure of the method of curing that is used is observed.
