• Shipment Follow-ups.
• Making daily plane of Dry Process and Washing.
• Planning and Implementation of goods on priority base.

• Responsible in providing technical support to marketing executives/merchandisers.
• Responsible to prepare reports for all the product development activities and analyze performance.
• Production planning & follow ups.
• Co-ordination between production/merchandising & Export.
• Maintain an overall shipment performance on time.
• Making daily, weekly and monthly cut ship, order ship graph of all buyers and sorting out the percentage of each buyer.
• Making customer wise cut ship and order ship reports to find out how much we ship to each customer(How much extra quantity and how much short quantity).
• Maintain re-conciliation system to avoid re-cutting garment & control short shipments.
• If complete goods are receive from washing and no issue of accessories then making a plan and getting approve from buyer to ship goods on extra percentage(to save from going to stock).
• Solve production and quality assurance related technical issues.
• Implement new methods, technique and work aids for efficient output.
• Maintain proper updated document to notify and control production in different sections in hourly and daily basis.

• Responsible for dealing with all matters of production and material flow.
• Responsible for implementation of all new instructions from senior management.
• Responsible for implementation of product change sheet in all departments.
• Authorized to sign leaves of shift workers, all shifts charge reports, appointments and resignation of shift employees.
