Total length 23 km with 08 culverts
Responsibilities.
Inspection of all construction activities at site like Foundations, Covering Slab, Grouting, Earth Work like Excavation & backfilling.
Complete all paper work required accurately.
Monitoring the Sub Contractor work.
Railway Project 720 km total length included 6 UR bridges, 2 OW bridge, 25 Camel crossing and 750 culverts with fencing work riprap works. Supervise Track work .Handover project to Saudi Arabian Railways.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Project Quality Plan, QA/QC Plan
- Ensure that the Project Quality Plan are established, implemented, maintained and reviewed.
- Determine the structure of the project Quality System.
- Responsible for overseeing the overall Quality System.
- Plan, conduct and review results of quality audits as and when required.
- Direct personnel to comply with the approved quality system.
- Promote Awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
- Provide support, training, advice and assistance as required to the project team.
- Report to the Contractor’s Representative on the level of implementation of the quality system.
- Provide quality advice to the Contractor’s Representative/Program Manager and other personnel as required.
- Review and approve Method statements, the ITP’s and check sheets, and other quality related documentation for all work carried out.
- Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers conform to Project specification/Standard requirements.
- Liaise with the Contractor’s Representative and Manager(s) for Project QA requirements.
- Directly report to the QA/QC Manager, Project Director on the performance of the Quality Plan, including needs for improvement.
QA/QC, Material Engineer, NDT Engineer
Monitoring the quality improvement and monitoring of Rail works, Ballast and Aggregates, and sleepers. Checked Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Process Control Plan, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance for laboratory equipment’s based on process requirements with reference to ISO 9001 Documentations and standards of ISC.
Responsible for materials evaluation and qualifications as per contractual specification.
Performs Internal Auditing in all processes to monitor compliance to specification and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent Non Conformance to Quality Standard.
Conduct training on QMS and specific material testing procedures (ASTM) for all laboratory and quality personnel.
Responsible for the External QMS Audit, Project Documentations, communicate with client on technical enquiries and responsible for the handover project documents.
Check soil investigation report of related structures work on site.
Inspecting material involved in civil engineering construction like raw material for concrete batching plant (Cement, Aggregates, Admixtures, etc...), curing agent, reinforcement, formworks, concrete protection coating, concrete repair, grouting, etc…
Monitor the fresh concrete testing like concrete temperature, slump and cube casting etc...
Supervise Field testing like FDT and verifying test reports as per international standard.
Organize daily pre-pour, post pour inspection and inspection of concrete, soil, asphalt as per ITP (Inspection Test Plan) & QA/QC Procedures on site.
Review Method statements and recommend for approval.
To plan and supervise subcontractor inspection activities and review of Sub contractor QC performance.
Provides technical assistance to Sub Contractor .Monitoring all activities of sub ballast during civil work on site.
Communicate lab test results to clients through professional reports.
Ensure the quality of works in all stages of Construction i.e. Incoming, In process and final stages of construction works as per applicable standards and specifications.
Issue NCR (Non conformity report) to the construction for improper work.
Monitoring the quality test of Ballast laying on the Rail track
Monitoring the activities of TSMG BUILDING FACILITIES AT AJ 1 concrete work and Backfilling at site.
Inspection of gridding profile work at seg.6.1 6.2 &4.

Responsibilities:
Preparing Mix design of Super pave Asphalt for all kind of projects. As per JMF
Prepare concrete mix design, as per international standards ACI and BS for Cubical Strength of Concrete for all classes
Inspecting material involved in civil engineering construction like raw material for concrete batching plant (Cement, Aggregates, Admixtures, etc..), curing agent, reinforcement, formworks, concrete protection coating, concrete repair, grouting, etc…
Monitor the batching plant on site and fresh concrete testing .
Monitor the aggregate testing on site lab and verifying test reports as per international standard
Preparation of final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the documents
